1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By requesting or using our RO repair service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
2.1 What We Offer:
- Professional on-site diagnosis of RO water purifier issues
- Repair service (subject to customer approval)
- Installation service
- Maintenance service
2.2 Service Scope:
- We service all major RO brands (Kent, Aquaguard, Livpure, Pureit, AO Smith, etc.)
- We provide doorstep service within Lucknow
- Service availability depends on technician schedules
2.3 What We Do NOT Offer:
- We are NOT an authorized brand service center
- We do NOT provide warranties on brand manufacturer defects (those are handled by authorized centers)
- We do NOT service non-RO water systems (e.g., UV purifiers exclusively)
3. BOOKING & CANCELLATION
3.1 How to Book:
- Call or WhatsApp the number provided
- Describe your issue
- Confirm service date and time
3.2 Confirmation:
- We will contact you within 2 hours to confirm
- Service will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time
3.3 Cancellation by Customer:
- You can cancel anytime by calling/WhatsApp
- If cancelled before technician dispatch: No charge
- If cancelled after technician dispatch: ₹199 service charge applies
3.4 Cancellation by Us:
- If we cannot resolve an issue, we will inform you
- Only ₹199 diagnosis charge applies
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
4.1 Pricing Structure:
- Service Charge (Diagnosis): ₹199 (Non-refundable for repair that proceeds)
- Parts Cost: Varies based on RO model and damage
- Additional labor: Quoted separately if needed
4.2 Quote Process:
- Technician will diagnose your system
- We will provide a written cost quote BEFORE starting repair
- You must approve the quote before we proceed
- No work = No charge beyond diagnosis fee
4.3 Payment Methods:
- Cash on delivery (preferred)
- Online payment (if customer prefers)
- Post-dated cheques (by prior arrangement)
4.4 No Hidden Charges:
- All costs will be clearly listed in the quote
- No additional charges will be levied without your approval
- If issue cannot be fixed, you pay only ₹199
5. SERVICE LIMITATIONS & LIABILITY
5.1 What We Cannot Do:
- Replace a severely damaged RO system with repair alone
- Guarantee recovery of a completely failed system
- Provide warranty on manufacturer defects (contact authorized service centers)
5.2 Liability Limitations:
We are NOT liable for system damage caused by:
- Improper previous maintenance by other technicians
- Third-party interference
- Use of non-recommended water sources
- Electrical issues in your House/building
- Natural disasters or external events
5.3 Professional Standards:
- We provide professional diagnosis and repair to the best of our ability
- We use quality parts and proper tools
- We test systems after repair to ensure functionality
- We cannot guarantee 100% problem resolution for all cases
6. WARRANTY & GUARANTEES
6.1 Our Commitment:
- We provide professional workmanship
- We use quality replacement parts
- We test systems before handover
6.2 Part Warranty:
- Replaced parts carry warranty as per manufacturer (usually 3–12 months)
- Warranty claims must be filed with the parts manufacturer
- We provide documentation for warranty claims
6.3 Service Warranty:
- If a repair fails due to OUR error within 7 days, we will re-service at NO CHARGE
- This does NOT cover customer misuse or system damage by other cause
7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your RO system
- Allow our technician safe access to your RO system
- Not hold us liable for system damage caused by previous negligence
- Pay the quoted amount upon service completion
- Maintain the system properly after repair (as per RO manufacturer guidelines)
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1 Complaint Process:
- If unsatisfied, contact us immediately via phone/WhatsApp
- Describe the issue
- We will investigate and respond within 48 hours
8.2 Resolution:
- We will attempt to resolve issues amicably
- If no resolution, refund options will be discussed (refund only if service NOT completed)
8.3 Legal Action:
- Disputes will be resolved under Indian law
- Jurisdiction: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
- Applicable law: Indian Contract Act, Consumer Protection Act
9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree NOT to:
- Misrepresent your identity
- Provide false information about your RO system
- Refuse payment for completed work
- Damage our tools or equipment intentionally
- Harass or threaten our technicians
- Use false reviews or complaints
10. SERVICE CHANGES & DISCONTINUATION
- We reserve the right to modify services with notice
- We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who violate these terms
- We may discontinue service in specific areas if operationally unfeasible
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the Indian Contract Act, 1872, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and local laws of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
